HOW TO KNOW WHICH PROGRAM TO PARTICIPATE IN

In the Fargo-West Fargo community, teams comply with the North Dakota Amateur Hockey Association guidelines for boundaries which relies on two major factors:

  • School District in Which You Live 
  • School District in Which You Attend - Students who attend the parochial school system are allowed to participate in the Fargo Angels program.

Important Note:  The North Dakota Amateur Hockey Association (NDAHA) has a program designated specifically for females from 6U (i.e. age 6 and under) through 19U (i.e. age 19 and under).  However, if a family chooses, they can register their female to play co-ed at the Termite, Mite, Squirt, Peewee, and Bantam level along with males.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPENSES

Each family in West Fargo Hockey is required to complete 10 dibs (volunteer units) as well as participate in the Winter Raffle.  More about those requirements and expenses if not fulfilled can be found below. 

Note: Skaters who participate in Rec League only and/or Squirt/10U In-House only are exempt from both the volunteer and fundraising requirements. 


REGISTRATION PAYMENT PLAN 

NON-TRAVEL TEAMS

TERMITES/6U, MITES/8U, IN-HOUSE SQUIRTS/10U, REC LEAGUE

If you select the payment plan during the registration process, approximately 25% of your registration fee will be due at the time of registration.  Depending on your date of registration, you will be charged in 3 equal payments of the remaining balance on August 1st,  September 1st, with the final payment on October 1st.  The payment plan is allowed for the cost of registration only. 

TRAVEL TEAMS

SQUIRT/10U, PEEWEE/12U, BANTAM/15U, junior gold

If you select the payment plan during the registration process,  approximately 25% of your registration fees will be due at the time of registration.  Depending on your date of registration, you will be charged in 5 equal payments of the remaining balance on August 1st,  September 1st, October 1st, November 1st  with the final payment on December 1st.  The payment plan is allowed for the cost of registration only. 

PAYMENT TYPES

Required to register for the season are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account. If you do not have a payment card, a temporary one can be purchased at your local bank.

PAY AT THE LEVEL YOU PLAY 

All players who move up based on association need will have a financial adjustments made after your player would be offered and accept to move to a higher level.  You will be issued an invoice to be paid by December 31. 

REFUNDS

Refunds are allowed for players through season registration closure only. No refunds will be made after registration closure unless the following condition is met: A refund of the registration fee based on percentage of season played (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) may be granted for a season-altering injury if request is accompanied by written documentation from a physician. Refund will be issued back to the original form of payment.
