Reimbursement

Coach and Coordinator Reimbursement

Coaches, Coordinators and other designated Hockey Staff are allowed to submit requests via reimbursement through the link below and will be approved only for following items based off of their level and parent/non-parent status:

 

Note:  Coaches who receive regular payroll should receive their reimbursement via their paycheck if the system permits.  All others will receive reimbursement via check (mail). 


WANT TO SEE THE ITEMS YOU HAVE SUBMITTED ALREADY?

  1. Log into your coach profile at www.westfargohockey.com
  2. In the top-right corner of the screen, click on your initials or account photo.
  3. Under your name, choose Go To My Account.
  4. Click the Registrations tab.
  5. Next to the title of the registration that has the receipt, on the right side of the screen, click Order Details.
  6. View receipt details.
  7. In the top-right corner, click Print Order Receipt (optional).
