PINS

How much do the pins cost?
All pins are 3 & 4" in size. Pins range from  $5.75 to $7.00 in price (see different prices in order link). 

How many pins do most people order?
Everyone is different.  Some only order a few but the average individual orders 20-40 pins. 

How do I know when to trade pins?
Kids start trading pins as soon as they get in the rink and some even start when they check into their hotel (for away teams).  It seems these kids trade pins wherever they can drop to the floor!

What if I don't want to buy pins? What will my player do in the meantime?
This occurs during downtime in general before and after games, so you will go about your life like you normally do. 

When will I get my pins? How will I be notified?
Fingers crossed there are no production or shipping issues, the pins should arrive early December.  We hope to have all pins to you before you go on Holiday Break.  We will communicate when we have more information on specific dates, times, etc. for pickup. 

What if I want to buy more after my order comes in?
WFHA will not be ordering additional pins therefore it's important to do so now if you wish to participate in the pin trading. 

What if I miss ordering by the deadline?
We have a firm timeline on order submission so we will be unable to order you additional pins and will not be ordering additional pins. 

Can I design and trade my own pins with the WFHA logos?
Unfortunately no.   The logos and branding associated with the Stampede belong to West Fargo Hockey Association and reproduction of any items without our consent is prohibited.

What are Pin Bags?
Pin bags are often nylon exterior "books" with a zipper around the outside and soft fabric for players to attach their pins to.  WFHA will not be selling bags directly this year so we recommend you purchase them ahead of time online.  Many parents recommend Amazon as they can get different colors, sizes, etc.  Examples are below:

Where can I customize my pin bag?
Customization is a fun way to keep track of your bag when there are so many trading.  There are businesses in the FM area that can embroider and personalize your bag to your specifications.  BeeSeen Gear is a commonly used vendor locally who has the authority to use the Stampede logo for your customization. 

Do we have to buy a pin bag at all?
No.  If you would rather not buy a bag and have some alternative way to keep your pins together, do it!  Do what works best for you!

Can I submit multiple orders?
As long as they are submitted before the ordering closes, feel free to submit a new order as needed!

Can I buy pins even though I am not participating in Squirt or Girls International?
Of course!  We welcome any of our members buying pins!

If I know someone who is not in the Stampede that wants to order pins, how do they do that?

If you know of others who would like to purchase pins and are not registered this season, you will need to process that with your own order. 

I changed my mind and want to return the pins that I ordered.  How do I do that?
There are no returns or refunds unless it is due to issues outside of WFHA's control (shipping, tournament changes, etc.)
