COVID Reporting

WFHA is requiring all players and coaches who are symptomatic, have been contacted for close contact COVID exposure,  awaiting test results, or tested positive to stay home and report their situation to WFHA through the link above.  This will help us track when you can return to play as violations will be strictly enforced.

Please follow the guidance from the North Dakota Department of Health on what to do if you or a family member have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been been in close contact.

ND Dept. of Health Website:

To ensure the safety of anyone who has not been impacted by COVID directly, WFHA is requiring all players and coaches to follow the guidance outlined by ND Department of Health and CDC before returning to the rink.    You will be contacted within 24-48 hours of submission of your COVID Reporting/Tracking submission by our COVID lead to answer any questions you may have.
