Tickets will be collected January 21-25.

A “ticket collector” has volunteered on each team for Dibs. The ticket collector will set a time frame to collect your sold ticket stubs and checks. All books must be 100% sold, this is the mandatory fundraiser so no partial books will be accepted. Team managers also collected signatures on raffle ticket numbers and started the paperwork for the State. The ticket collectors will get that paperwork so they know what ticket numbers and how many $$ to collect from each member, 2 books = $400, 3 books = $600. Checks should be made to WFHA.

Multi-Player Families: Each member will turn their tickets in at the same team level they got them from. For example, I have a Bantam, Peewee, and 8u. I will turn my tickets in to the Bantams, my oldest player. If you got your tickets directly from me, please turn them in to your highest level team.

Ticket Collectors: We will work to coordinate the time range to turn tickets into the association with a scheduled practice and designated nights for each level.

I very much appreciated the help from Team Managers in distributing tickets to their team. My goal next year is to distribute tickets at the team meetings the beginning of November, and sign up the ticket collectors at that time. I apologize for the delay in distributing tickets this year, guarantee I do not want any of us to have that same experience next year!
