Compliance Hearing Committee Members

Jeff Bredahl: ND Criminal Defense Attorney

  • 2019 marks 30 years as a criminal defense attorney.
  • Former ND Director of Player Development for NDAHA
  • Certified Level 4 coach and experience coaching youth athletics.
  • UND Hockey Alum & Co-host of AM 1100's Bernie Burggaf's Face Off.

Amber Rudolph: Assistant Principal @ Cheney Middle School - WF

  • 2017 North Dakota Association of Secondary School Principals' Assistant Principal of the Year.
  • 2019 marks 15 years as a West Fargo school district employee.
  • Former Stampede Team Manager

Ryan Salisbury: Assistant Principal @ Sheyenne High School - WF

  • Educational Specialist Degree in Education Leadership - MSU
  • Current and Former Stampede Hockey Coach

What is the Compliance Hearing Committee?

From Section 2: Article C of the WEST FARGO HOCKEY ASSOCIATION COMPLIANCE/SAFESPORT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

C. Hearings Committee: The hearings committee will consist of at least three impartial and reasonably disinterested members for the purposes of conducting hearings (non-board members).

The main purpose of the Hearings Committee is to conduct an appeals hearing if an appeal of any Compliance Committee action is filed by the player/parent.

The Hearings Committee, upon due notice, shall hear appeals of disciplinary actions through an impartial hearing where evidence may be presented as such to determine a further outcome. Decisions of the hearings committee are final unless further appeal is brought before the North Dakota Amateur Hockey Association or USA Hockey. The right to appeal any sanction imposed by West Fargo Hockey Association Hearings Committee will follow USA Hockey guidelines Rule 10 which is outlined below.
