9 Volunteers will will serve on the committee and assist the Director of Membership & Recruitment as follows:

• Assist with oversight and communication with team managers and the resolution of questions raised by team managers.
• Assist in the set up and conduct of team meetings.
• Assist with the preparation of team binders for each level and team.
• Assist with providing team photo information and distribution of photos,  as well as end player photo pucks.
• Assist with tasks related to USA Hockey's goal to "Grow the Game".
• Assist with other duties within the responsibility of the Membership & Recruitment Director.

Need a group of people to:

• Enter customer information from Elk & Gun Raffle into spreadsheet so it can be uploaded to our marketing database.
• Members will receive a batch of raffle tickets and will enter the info into a spreadsheet (name, address, phone, email).
• Requires a computer (not phone - that would be painful), internet access and basic understanding of how a spreadsheet works. 
• Time commitment would equal full year DIBS hours.  
• # of members depends on how long it takes to type in the information and compare to DIB hours.  I'll test on my own and then determine a total #.
• I will keep a list of the volunteers and let you know if you are in in the next few weeks.  That way if you aren't selected you plenty of time for you to select other DIBS activities.
• Project starts in October

Work detail:

-review winter raffle prizes to make sure they best represent our winners

-Work with retailers to order said prizes

-ticket distribution and collection

-Solicit and collect Center Ice donations

-Plan Center Ice events

Full Dibs for committee, will also have volunteers work center ice for partial dibs.

Need a group of people to:

• Weekly compile information from each functional area of what they currently need to communicate.
• Contact the Director/VP etc., collect information, compile and send to me.  Ask them questions on elaborating or "what else the members want to know".
• If I have any questions I will reply and then you can hunt them down for the answer.
• I will then put together the comm.  The only email you need to send is the one to me.  You won't have to send to members or do anything on the web page etc.  Final body of work is my responsibility. 
• Requires email and phone.
• When you are assigned a contact you will exchange all contact info.
• Time commitment = full DIBS hours
• Skills: it would be nice to find someone in the Termite to Squirt level with Marketing Experience so that I have some options for succession when my term is up in a couple of years and you get to see what it is like.
