We have officially opened our 6th Annual Membership Survey and will have this open thru Monday, March 13, 2023.  Once the survey is closed, the data will be analyzed and comments categorized to  be shared with the Survey Committee  who will reinforce the positive and make recommendations for change in the future.  

We believe in the value of the information, therefore this survey is anonymous with the exception of details you may share that are particular to yourself or your team.   Please take time to reflect on your season as a whole prior to completing the survey to ensure all of your feedback is captured in your survey.
