Volunteering this Weekend

Hosting the West Fargo Winter Classic is one of largest volunteering opportunities throughout the year and it starts this week with 8 volunteering opportunities left to ensure our tournament is a success.  Head out HERE to claim one of these opportunities before they are gone!

Reminder:

• Box Worker Training will be held tomorrow night (Tuesday) at 7 pm at West Fargo Sports Arena. 
• Tournament dibs cannot be cancelled within 7 days of the event therefore if you cannot make your shift, you must find a replacement. 
• Box workers must be a parent/guardian. Individuals under 18 are NOT ALLOWED in the box while a game is going on.  Click HERE for more information on Off-Ice Officials.

Stampede Day at The Lights

As a part of the West Fargo Winter Classic, we are excited to participate with our younger teams with Stampede Day at the Lights on both Thursday and Sunday of this week!  Click HERE for more information!

West Fargo Winter Classic Games & Events

West Fargo Events is pumped to host their second annual Winter Classic, which includes 6 days of hockey in the West Fargo area!  There will be no shortage of hockey in the area of The Lights and West Fargo Sports Arena in addition to our regularly scheduled games in the community!  Click here to see the full schedule of events if you are looking for a game Tuesday-Sunday!  Note: The high-school events on Tuesday and Wednesday are standard high-school game rates while all WFHA sponsored events on Thursday-Friday-Saturday-Sunday are free admission. 

Unpaid Invoices

Reminder that all regular season registration payments (thru registration or invoice) must be paid in full by December 31 of the current season to ensure continued play for your player(s) per the WFHA Handbook.   If you have an unpaid balance in SportsEngine, we will make one last attempt to personally contact everyone personally before the 31st before they are unrostered for the season.  If you have any questions or concerns about your invoices or balance owing, please contact Shana Wilson at swilson@westfargohockey.com.
