Equipment Turn in and Team Ice Rentals

Reserving extra ice:


If your players’s team is interested in reserving ice time and having a team party or parent/player game, there are a few guidelines that need to be followed.  The first one being: If you are interested in reserving ice, it has to be reserved and paid for on your own. West Fargo Hockey Association is not able to reserve or pay for you or your team's extra ice time.  The event also cannot be added to your teams Sports Engine calendar. These requirements are due to liability and insurance policies.

Second up is information about equipment turn in.  Equipment includes in-house jerseys, practice jerseys, game jerseys, team manager binders, puck bags, medical bags, One Goal gear, WFHA goalie gear and coach jerseys (if you took one for a spare). 

Turn-In for Players, Team Managers and Coaches

What to turn in


In-House Jerseys (Squirt & 10U only)      Washed/Dried
Practice Jerseys      Washed/Dried
Game Jerseys      Coaches who took a spare Jersey for their team should wash and dry and hang blue jersey over white one on a hanger.
One Goal Gear      For any members who did not wish to keep your bag of One Goal gear.
Team Manager Binders      As well as any other items the Team Managers may need/want to turn in.
Puck/Medical Bags      As well as any other items Coaches may need/want to turn in (clipboards, whistles, etc.)

Where to turn items in

Location will be in the Dryland room upstairs in Vets 2 for equipment.

Coaching items will be in the Coaches Corner at Vets 2.

Noteworthy Items:

  • Please remove any 'C' or 'A' patches that have been added to the jersey

  • Termites, Mites, 8U and Rec League keep their jerseys

  • Members who either don’t turn in their jersey or turn in a jersey requiring replacement will be charged $100 per game jersey and $50 for each practice or in-house jersey.

  • Unwashed jerseys will be charged $5 per jersey to wash.  These bills will be processed through the WFHA office after all jerseys have been collected.

  • Jerseys should not be dropped off at the WFHA hockey office if you are not able to make your designated evening.

  • If you are unable to drop off on your assigned drop off night you may attend another night.

Squirts/10U      Tuesday, March 3      5:30 to 7:00
Peewee      Tuesday, March 10      5:30 to 7:00
Bantam/12U      Tuesday, March 17      5:30 to 7:00
